Had a not great experience with a third party online "florist". Immediately went to their website and found something even better than what the other guys were offering. Flowers showed up almost exactly as they were shown on the website. Delivery was on time and special delivery instructions were followed to the letter. The owner herself personally hand delivered the flowers and gave instructions for care.
