What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Spring Park and Mound?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Spring Park, Mound and the Minneapolis/ Saint Paul Metro area. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page, or on our "gifts" tab and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
We provide flower food for you to trim the stems every other day, replace them into fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight or heat sources to extend their life.

What is "flower happy hour?"
A great excuse to "buy yourself flowers!" Every Saturday from 1-3 p.m. we offer 50% off all cut flowers wrapped in paper, and 25% off all grab and go arrangements in a vase. It is absolutely "FIRST COME, FIRST BLOOM!" Not available for pre-orders, custom orders, events etc. IN STORE only purchases.
Do you make Thanksgiving centerpieces? What are the prices?
We absolutely love creating the perfect centerpiece for all your holiday gatherings. Our centerpieces make great hostess gifts and depending on the size range $75 and up. Give us a call, and we can customize your colors for a seamless tablescape.
